Nous sommes à la recherche dun directeur de magasin pour nous aider à superviser de manière efficace notre surface de vente. Le candidat.e retenu sera chargé de développer des opportunités pour les clients et de fournir une formation et un soutien aux associés de vente tout en travaillant en collaboration avec le gérant.e de boutique. Le gérant.e de boutique supervisera les opérations de vente au détail, y compris linventaire et le marchandisage visuel, et participera activement à bâtir de notre équipe de vente en lui fournissant les conseils et la formation nécessaire pour offrir un service exceptionnel. Responsabilités :
  • Gérer léquipe de vente du magasin pour sassurer que les clients sont pris en charge dans un délais souhaité.
  • Effectuer la gestion des ventes et des stocks
  • Recrutement, formation et développement des employés, ce qui inclut la connaissance des produits
  • Diriger et encourager les employés pour assurer un niveau élevé de concentration.
  • Aider les clients et résoudre les problèmes de service à la clientèle si nécessaire.

Qualifications :
