Amadeus Cafe is currently hiring energetic, customer service-oriented Beverage Servers to join our team. JOB TYPE: Full-Time or Part-TimeESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The primary role of the role is to serve food and beverage to our guests in a friendly manner while maintaining an onsite customer experience. This role will also serve alcoholic beverages to our guests in the bar area. The server will be responsible for greeting all guests in the bar area and serving any food or beverage orders to the guest while maintaining proper wine list knowledge and serving craft beer, hard liquor, and cocktail items to all guests. The server will also be responsible for bar cleanliness, proper stocking, serving food orders to all guests, proper ordering of food items for all guests, proper food preparation and plate preparation, opening and closing of the restaurant, cleaning the front bar area, sanitizing tables and chairs, opening and closing the back room, stocking the front bar area with necessary supplies including paper plates, straws, silverware, etc., cleaning up the front bar area including taking out trash and keeping it organized throughout the shift. The server will also be responsible for opening and closing the kitchen area as needed. The server will be responsible for opening and closing the back room as needed. The server will also be responsible for any other duties that may be required during their shift.
