Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and customer-oriented Bartenders to join our team at Kitchen Farmacy. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Duties:

- Greet customers warmly and take their drink orders

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks

- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and menu offerings

- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accuracy and efficiency

- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and mixology techniques

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or event/bar setting is preferred

- Strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation methods

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

- Up to date Smart Serve

We offer competitive pay rates based on experience. This is a seasonal position with evening and weekend shifts required.
