Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing dispatch operations for our car hauling fleet, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch vehicles for car hauling routes, ensuring efficient scheduling and routing for the fleet.
• Communicate with drivers to provide support and resolve any issues that may arise during the shift.
• Monitor traffic, weather, and route conditions to adjust dispatch operations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs, delivery times, and driver statuses.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize fleet operations and improve efficiency.
• Provide real-time support to drivers to ensure smooth operations and address challenges promptly.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
• Assist with daily office operations and support team members as needed.
• Address inquiries and provide information about services.
• Work closely with various departments to support special moves for OEMs
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

· Assisting with scheduling and communication, with OEMs, dealers and drivers.

· Data/Inventory Management

What You Bring to Us:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in dispatching, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal teams and drivers.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to sit fore long and handling phone calls
• Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of car hauling and transportation industry regulations is a plus.
• Clear Criminal Background check.
