Are you a pro with a spray gun? Do you take pride in flawless finishes and transforming homes into works of art? If so, we want to meet you.

Spray-Net Montreal West is growing fast — and were looking for a Skilled Spray Painter with experience using various spray systems (HVLP, airless, pressure pots, etc.) to join our high-performance team.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Spray painting exterior surfaces (siding, stucco, brick, doors, windows) and interior kitchens with precision and speed
  • Operating and maintaining different spray equipment (HVLP, airless, fine-finish systems)
  • Ensuring each job site is prepped and masked properly before spraying
  • Following a refined process to deliver consistent, durable, factory-like finishes
  • Working with a passionate team to complete residential transformations in 1-2 days

What Were Looking For:

  • 2+ years of spray painting experience, preferably in residential or commercial settings
  • Comfortable with various guns and systems (including HVLP and airless)
  • Strong eye for detail and surface prep — you know a great finish starts before the paint
  • Reliable, coachable, and able to work both independently and with a team
  • Willingness to work outdoors, at heights, and in different weather conditions
