Traits we are looking for:

  • Finance/Sales Manager or equivalent experience.
  • Subprime Knowledge is essential.
  • Proven record of exceeding industry standards for product penetration and $/copy.
  • High performing, driven individual.
  • Ability to communicate fast and effectively with the banks, management team and sales dept.
  • Ability to get contracts funded quickly after signing a client.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple clients at once.
  • FCA/Stellantis (Chrysler) Experience a large benefit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nanaimo, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
