Description du poste Dans le cadre de lintégration du courtage dans le système Guidewire de lassurance de dommages, le(la) Gestionnaire de projet sera en charge de la phase de préparation de la livraison et de la livraison. Responsabilités
  • Opérer plusieurs initiatives et être responsable de leur exécution de façon globale;
  • Comprendre les enjeux daffaires, identifier les besoins et proposer des stratégies afin de soutenir la réalisation de projets ou lamélioration des processus;
  • Utiliser pleinement les outils, méthodes et techniques de gestion de projets, encadrée par la philosophie Agile, pour gérer les initiatives de moyenne et grande envergure;
  • Coordonner les activités afin de réaliser les feuilles de route en étroite collaboration avec léquipe de leadership du portefeuille;
  • Sassurer dune communication efficace et de la collaboration de lensemble des intervenants aux initiatives du portefeuille;
  • Suivre lavancement des travaux et sassurer du respect des orientations des initiatives et des priorités et mettre en place les mécanismes de suivi et de récupération des bénéfices;
  • Encadrer les ressources associées au projet ; susciter lengagement et mobiliser les gens dans la réalisation des tâches prévues et gérer proactivement les activités;
  • Définir avec les intervenants concernés, les stratégies de réalisation, les stratégies dessais, dimplantation, de formation et de gestion du changement;
  • Animer et préparer les différents comités de gouvernance;
  • Sassurer que les résultats en post implantation sont satisfaisants pour le client et transférer le projet en mode opérationnel.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 ans dexpérience en gestion de projets;
  • Expérience dans le domaine de lassurance de dommages et dans des projets dintégration dans le système Guidewire avec une certaine complexité ;
  • Excellente communication en français.
