Description

Nous recherchons un Conseiller GIA PAM (CyberArk) pour rejoindre notre équipe de conseillers du bureau de Québec ou de Montréal. Ce poste est en mode hybride.

Tâches

  • Aligner les objectifs PAM avec la stratégie globale de cybersécurité de lentreprise
  • Prioriser les besoins métier et techniques en collaboration avec les équipes de sécurité, IT, conformité, etc.
  • Planifier et coordonner les projets liés à la gestion des accès à privilèges
  • Superviser les phases de cadrage, de déploiement, de test et de mise en production
  • Garantir que les accès à privilèges soient sécurisés, tracés et conformes aux politiques internes
  • Mettre en place des contrôles et audits réguliers
  • Répondre aux exigences des audits internes et externes
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs (techniques et non-techniques) dans ladoption de la solution.
  • Définir des processus donboarding/offboarding pour les comptes à privilèges.
  • Documenter et mettre en place les bonnes pratiques dutilisation
  • Reporting et suivi
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et de sécurité liés aux accès à privilèges

Exigences

  • Plus de 5 ans dexpérience pertinente en GIA dans un rôle similaire Excellent sens du service client et compétences relationnelles; Leadership, négociation et capacité dinfluence;
  • Capacité de bien communiquer;
  • Expérience et intérêt pour le travail déquipe;
  • Expérience avec les outils de GIA, tels que Sailpoint, PAM; Connaissance des cadres de gouvernance des accès;
  • Excellente maitrise de lagilité en mode SAFE
