The ideal candidate would have experience in similar role in a dental setting though we are willing to consider candidates with no experience. Be knowledgeable in insurance procedures and processes. Any dental knowledge is considered an asset. Must have a great understanding of customer service with great phone etiquette. Offering flexibility of full-time and/or part-time hours for the right candidate with no late evenings or weekends. We are looking for the right person to join our team and will train wherever necessary.
